@nowic2 Yes. Thanks. Grief and Loss. I lost an online friend to suicide some years ago here and I have not been in here much since then. I am trying to come back more regularly these days. Have a good day yourself too!

I can relate. Not here but I have lost too many in the last few years.
It does though make me appreciate every day. Like you I don’t feel I have to”achieve “ something every day. Just be grateful for what I have now. 😄
