Time for late night deep talk. Cause why not, have a seat.

Lonely and being alone. Is there a difference? I like to think so personally. Being alone can be a request, or unintentional. Sometimes its just the nature of the task. Nobody should be, but its not always negative.

Being lonely in my experience is never requested. Its the absence of people against your will. A sad feeling. And a good portion of the time, its up to someone else to fix that.

Being alone can be a request, and can be fixed anytime by the individual.
Being lonely is never a request.

Thats just my take on it.

The difference between alone and being lonely is the hope for a change.

Often though you must create your own change. So being alone doesn't turn into being lonely.

No change leads to being lonely.

So once again life is change.

More about change.

Life is never bipolar. So neither positive nor negative apply. Only forward applies.

Change and time go together. Time never goes backwards. Only forwards. Change being tied to time means the same. Once your born, you can only go forwards.

The direction of the change is up to you or the environment around you.

Again in either case change will happen. Neither change nor time stops, even if you no longer exist. Therefore the subjective doesn't matter, only the overt objective matters.

It's not "I think therefore I am. That is subjective.

It's "I change therefore I exist". That applies to a forward objective. And therefore even all living animals exist.

There is a difference. One can be alone and feel good about it, or also feel lonely. One can be with people, and feel lonely, even though not alone.
