Am I doing the right thing?

Almost 3 weeks ago my ex dumped me. Although, he keeps texting me. So I ask him if what he really wants, and he gave me tons of reasons why we can't be together. So I tried to move on by ranting here 🙃 And then he'll just text me asking questions. Every time we talk, I feel like my heart is breaking again. So I ask him to never ever talk to me again, until we both moved on.
