All talk, no action
That's how i can be, and to be brutally honest, when i get done the talking part, i don't have a clue how the action part could be, for there's a space between the two, like a limitless gulf, which can be called the comprehending.

Remedy, disconnect from the appliances where you talk, and get, connect to what you use what you will be comprehending.
Temptation -- one will be tempted to share whenever something, anything happens. This is a norm, but must be tirelessly battled against.
Pledge, vow, oath -- when sharing there is to be merely a vague theoretical nature to it, pie in the sky contemplation, not going into particulars.
Oh to get into particulars when those particulars need to be comprehended, what a disease to be stuck in.
Hide away, throw off the straightjacket of connection to those things, put on the comfortable parka of solitary study, be alone with your resources, now is not the time to share, you've shared too much for too long when you used up all your thoughts long ago, a non-sharing epoch is called for. A stretch of time when you must break free from the regular and damaging manner.
Breaking unhealthy habits, like falling, you need to sense a foundation, something to hold onto, besides what you usually hold onto. Develop new habits -- be teachable, for those who will know must be able beforehand to be taught, this means to rely and depend, to reject a popular western sentiment of being all sufficient, and master of our domain. You won't grow in that mentality.
