Do you ever stay up too late and you know better?

Not so much anymore, I have a limit now. My body cuts the stupidity off.

I’m 100% nocturnal so no not really. I’ve slept at night maybe 10 times in 5 years. But I do stay up to late during that day sometimes And I definitely know it, especially if I have to work that afternoon
