@mysteryespresso It depends on the days but today I ran five miles so I decided to hit the weight room and do legs and lower back. It started with farmer walks with fifty lbs dumbbells in each hand I went around the gym in circles for five minutes, then I did line jumps, dumbbell jumps, pull ups, chin ups, incline situps, deadlifts, toe raises, dumbbell squats, and barbell squats.

@BuzzedLightyear I'm waking up at five each morning to make it to the morning run and I have to pound six cups of coffee just to get in the mood before we run.
