Having a really hard time

This weekend was really hard for me, i dont know who to turn to and ask for help. iv tried every resource .. i thought i would recieve financial help from my ex and i realized he isnt right in his mind.I went to cos and they dont care... now im wondering how im going to still take care of myself .. i pray for a sign of hope bc im going insane .
