See a GP, ask for help, Speak to a friend. The first step is you feel something isn't right, now go make sure you do something about it.
Go and see a dr. Sometimes a pill can solve that kind of problem

It is a stress response. What you can do now, is doing any form of exercise that makes you tired. Like walking, cycling, running up and down the stairs. Because physical exercise makes your body to lower the levels of stress hormones in your blood. And you also make endorphins that make you feel better.
