The Most Useless Rhyme Ever

by: Rob Paquin

Time passes and I watch it
Wake up to the time that clocks it
Hear the sound of the ticks that tock it
Down the path with the trees that block it

Time passes and I see it
All the wants of me, I'll be it
An inner demon set to free it
I just fumble-fy-fo and fiddley fee it

Rhyming like it might mean something
Taking words and Humpty Dumping
Mother Goosing with feathers clumping
Across the river Styx I'm jumping

Bounding 'cross the swift dark water
Don't know what's in there, but I think I aughta
All the many thoughts I thought of
With all the reasons I shouldn't bother

Of all the useless things I find
Just useless words, and useless rhymes
Useless meanings so well defined
From the useless things inside my mind

Yes I have poems too where its main purpose is to put a rhyme wherever one will fit in it. Rhyming the fuck out of it to the layman
