No. I would not let it reach that stage.
So far the only robots I have encountered are the interminable button-menus and awful hold music of call-centres used by so many big organisations now, before you reach a real person who might or might not be able to help.
That and web-sites designed to prevent obtaining simple, direct replies to simple, direct questions: those owned by IT and telecommunications appear the worst!
