I really struggle to express myself verbally and it can be very frustrating. I am frequently told that my tone of voice needs adjustment.

Singing to the radio, joining a choir or social singing group,
or lessons to learn favorite songs.
Some people take to words more easily than others.
It can be very frustrating not to have language come easily,
both for you and others.
But all skills are like muscles; the more we practise them, the better they get.
Reading widely and lots is a great way to improve language.
