My biggest..is it?? "weakness???" And I wouldn't call it "fear?"...its just a difficulty!!...is being able to say "No".
When people need my help
Even when I'm busy!
Sensitive overload!!!..
My warning could be >> "Just this once!"..but I'll never stick by it!

"No" is final isn't it. You could say "Sorry not right now I am busy, but maybe in 1 hr." (or whenever), or suggest they setup a call to discuss, and your calendar is up to date. Basically get rid of them while you are busy on this other thing. Of course if they say it's a matter of life and death then take care of it. Always good to be a hero.
