I Am a Sensitive Person

Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)...Here's a few things I got online when I went looking for help >>

What help was I looking for?..well?..recently I had a mental breakdown looking for therapy...because you're overwhelmed by subtleties...and have acute responses to stimuli..it can be a gift at times for sure because it's almost like looking at life in motion the way you see high definition graphics being put into movies these days.. but...Absorbing peoples feelings makes it even more exhausting...There are facts that lay under us HSP'S...the mirror neuron being more prominent...making you read people without them needing to show so obviously how they're feeling...it sets the standard for emotional intelligence....but you carry that burden of others emotions...you notice the small mood changes, and other visual elements around you..truthfully it can slow you down in a fast paced world, were it seems everyone is enjoying small talk, and in larger social groups, much louder and in need of social contact that I for one, might seem misunderstood?, or like you're ignorant if you don't socialise?....Sit alone and observe and even though its not all visual?...I said acute responses to stimuli, so could spend several hours sitting in a field, or park, taking on movement, scent, and overall feeling. ...truth be told its magical when you're alone in you're own vivid and creative world..the reason I had bad mental health..is because on a daily basis you're in an environment at work, in public or with family...where you can't quite connect with anyone who understands....you sit quiet, you see things others don't...and you continue to be misunderstood...my brother asked me to go out and kick about a football just yesterday at a point were I was needing time to recharge...but after a second time of asking, I emphasised, I done it..went through fine....came back stressed and emotional....HSP'S can feel lonely in a crowded place..even lonely if they're popular in a way..sometimes it's not for them...they need time to focus..acute responses to stimuli, and and absorbing emotions can be draining!
Have you been diagnosed with this by professionals?
