Am I being a sensitive person or is there a reason behind this?

I will literally cry if someone raises their voice or uses the wrong tone. Is it just me and is there some psychological reason behind this?

I am very similar. When people get angry and start yelling or using that tone I will usually run for cover. I'm very insecure in my attachment style so I tend to assume I'm not wanted anymore ever.

@Doomflower I’m the same when people yell or use the tone on me it’s like them saying you’re not wanted or needed
