I Am a Sensitive Person

It pains me to see people in pain and I just can't help feeling for them when they go through hard times.
I am a giver and like to help others though have a hard time with people judging me and miss interpret the gift as a bribe (for what, I don't know), thinking I have a "bad" motive for giving. The absolutely breaks my heart. I give for two reasons: because I want to help others and because giving and doing for others gives me such a joy I would never know without it.

I get A similar feeling as you do. Sometimes giving others time is a precious gift.

@Muldoon Thanks but it is just who and what I am. I heard Jed Clampet (The Beverly Hillbillies" say, "The greatest joy of living is the joy that comes from giving." Many times I have tears of joy in my eyes when I help others.
Our church us VERY small and our pastor emeritus stepped down to be a part of a Bible College staff in the Bahamas. There isn't one on any of the islands so had and several of his cohorts go about 4 X a year to hold all day classes for one to two weeks at a time.
His financial need touched my heart so that I am privileged to be a part of that opportunity. He is my best friend and he is like the older brother I never had! 😄😂
