I Am a Sensitive Person

When I start somewhere new, and i do some things wrong, while i watch others do right. I think deep, wondering..do they have a gift i dont posses..or did they start off the same...truthfully i can be hard on myself, trying to become the ideal employee, and giving it my all, but each working day. I start with that slight feeling of anxiety, nerves kicking in..and constantly wondering..am i the only one!..or am i tracing others footsteps?? 😕😕😕
