I learned the hard way to not show my depression in public with friends. Lost a LOT of friends that way. I'm ashamed to even have anxiety, bipolar depression. So... I'm going to hide it from now on. No exceptions.

Yeah my psychiatrist is an ass. Pushes pills on me and even tried to get me on another pill that made me puke my guys out! He didn't remember??? Also he gave me a pill that caused me terrible seizure-like spasms. My memory is shot, I'm cloudy. I hate pills so much.
