I learned the hard way to not show my depression in public with friends. Lost a LOT of friends that way. I'm ashamed to even have anxiety, bipolar depression. So... I'm going to hide it from now on. No exceptions.

Hiding it doesn't work for me. It makes things worse.
I just stay away from people when I feel too badly.
