I learned the hard way to not show my depression in public with friends. Lost a LOT of friends that way. I'm ashamed to even have anxiety, bipolar depression. So... I'm going to hide it from now on. No exceptions.

I come here to get mine out in the open without judgement but I am willing to take constructive criticism because harsh truths need to be spoken. But in the real world I hide it and deal with my demons in my own.
