I learned the hard way to not show my depression in public with friends. Lost a LOT of friends that way. I'm ashamed to even have anxiety, bipolar depression. So... I'm going to hide it from now on. No exceptions.

I have meds but it's extremely hard to find the right ones... One of them actually made me have seizure like movements. UGH.
