I Sometimes Say Im Okay, Even When I'm Not

I think we all do that. Like last week I was feeling really unwell. If someone you don’t know that well asks you say you are well. But if it’s a close friend like my reg teacher, you say, no I feel dreadful!
But a lot worse is girls who are being abused at home. They don’t say but there are so many at college. But we cannot say.
