I Always Say Im OK Even When Im Not

My famous last words..."I'll be okay". Even when I know I won't be. Because I don't want the other person to feel bad. How ridiculous is that??

Maybe you're like me. When I say that, some of it is pride, some is wanting to reassure anyone kind enough to care and some of it is talking to myself; if I say it, maybe I can start to believe it.
