I Sometimes Say Im Okay, Even When I'm Not
Its actually "I ALWAYS say I'm okay, even when I'm not." Its just that its hard to open up your true feelings to them. But I'm used to it. Pretending to be fine. :(

I keep my true feelings hidden from family and will only tell them to my counselor.
