cant fight aging though no matter how fit you are or healthy you eat.. unless of course you have found the fountain of youth and in that case please tell me where its at

@PlumBerries Fountain is in you just try to find it... Earlier i started looking little older than my age due to stress and unhealthy eating habits... I was 79kg those days but then i started working out and staying free minded i loose till 65kg i started looking young and handsome best ever so its all will power but after age of 40 aging is common some still skip till 45 but it will come!
