Sleep is critical for the body's repair process (among other things) but we all wish it didn't consume at least 1/4 of our lives, huh? :D

I get around 4 hours of sleep each night. The least amount for me to be 100% rested, refreshed, and regenerated for the next day

I love going to bed. I sleep naked and love curling up with a pillow and drifting off. In the morning the covers are nice and warm, so nice. I always do my 100 sit-ups before I sleep, so maybe that helps, give it a try?

you can actually die from not sleeping, anymore than 2 weeks and your entire body would shut itself down
You libido will be terrible with a lack of sleep
