I have never been able to really sleep at night. It is a time of beauty and mystery. And really, lets face it, sleep is a waste of time. Who agrees with me?
I love going to bed. I sleep naked and love curling up with a pillow and drifting off. In the morning the covers are nice and warm, so nice. I always do my 100 sit-ups before I sleep, so maybe that helps, give it a try?
