The blessings of the night

Seconds after he pauses from speaking on and on about the prices of cars and trucks and things of that nature, i play a video that has Sproul being interviewed in his library about Turretin, a 9 minute video which i smoothly supplemented by reading some Turretin, but then moved over to Mastricht, which Edwards preferred over Turretin, and now reading on with the supremely Practical systematic to myself, with a soothing ambient binaural sound blanket over the vindictive silence, which is no silence at all, as he is fast asleep, i hope i don't jinx things by sharing this one of a kind night here and thus he soon bolts up, yapping about something that doesn't matter, and all that tiresome business, sleep, oh sleep mein papa, as i sink ever so blessedly into sound doctrine, so that one day if dad's still around i could explain it all very quickly in terms he'd understand, and then he could be all oh wow, and he'd be whistling so damn much and i'd say can you please do your whistling out there where souls are in deadly peril, and he'd reply oh yessir, master son sir, right away!!
