@beermeplease They're really good, sometimes I slice them up and add them to my stouffer's mac and cheese :)

@NativePortlander1970 a very good combo i'm sure....my brother makes one hell of a mac n cheese with chorizo from scratch...takes some work but in a pinch your idea would fit the bill too 😋

@beermeplease I haven't made mac and cheese from scratch in years, You need a large pot, and my sink isn't big enough to wash the size I need for it. Chorizo is really good, if You like spicy sausage try andouille, it's my most favorite, and five alarm to boot :)
