Worries keep me up at night. I'm under a lot of stress these days with more to do than one person can handle. So... I'm always thinking there's something important I've forgotten. And then... by daylight, sure enough, I'll find to my horror that something important did get misplaced or lost or left behind. ... which in turn leads to me trusting myself less, and hence, more worrying.🤢

@SW-User I feel ya. Trust me I probably forget a thousand things everyday, I’d forget my head if it wasn’t attached to me lol. But in all serious sometimes we put more stress on ourselves than necessary. If you feel that you’re dealing with more than you can handle maybe it’s time to take a step back and figure out which ones are priorities and which ones can take more of a backseat, if possible. It’s okay to forget important things, we all do, but one thing you shouldn’t forget is to give yourself a break once in a while.

@Spectra I do take breaks... and have attempted to set proper priorities. It's just the sheer volume of stuff to do, combined with the fact that I'm practically disabled by grief (parents just died recently) and not up to doing any of it. So far, nothing absolutely disastrous has happened, but I'm still worried!

@SW-User Aww I’m very sorry for your loss. And yea sounds like you’re just dealing with a lot but I hope you hang in there until the volume gets lighter
