Why is it so hard to fall asleep at night, yet I can easily go to sleep as soon as I come home from work at 5pm

I really hate this.
Feeling tired all the time

Edited to add, I did not take a nap today.
Simply saying it's easier to fall asleep at 5pm than at 9 or 10pm

I could tell you, but it would probably just make you sleep worse. Try to fill your world with happy things, and stop watching/reading the news. Get a pillow you can hug, or a dog, or just mb like the world is about to end.
