An early night

Slowly, tectonically arranging my sleep patterns to embrace once again overnight periods with the good tv. Autumn and winter are gonna be wonderful high-def times my dearies.

Learnt what Baker's Dozen (13) means, bakers would get flogged if their wares were less than they promised or said, so they made a little extra! Wild i know.

August is almost over, ... where does the time go?

On Syberberg's Hitler movie - taking it very slowly might take up to 3 or 4 days, i love the first half, has stand out moments, but what has always tripped me up were these LONG repetitive sequences of ultra banal information. But this might be the go round where i brave it through.

Big words - i have a tendency to place high goals for myself, which are 98% unrealizable. One would say i'm just setting myself up for continual disappointment in myself, that i should set smaller goals, but i dunno about that, i want to aim high and don't mind failing at all, it's like when we're watching a horse race, i just yell out the name of one of the least likely to win, if actually betting, and the unlikely happens, ka-ching!! And so it is with reading and film goals, nota bene - make it extraordinary, make it cosmically comic. If you do it or not, it doesn't matter in the end.

Take it easy, and see y'all later! 😴
