Do you PM first or wait to be approached?

Occasionally I do but I'm afraid I'm not pretty enough to catch someones attention lol. Gets kind of stale here at night, not enough posts to comment on

Rarely ever PM first. Quite frankly rarely ever answer if I don't know the person sending the PM either.
