Way to much and I just feel like, no one understands me... Its been a day from hell, I am sure this feeling will pass. 😔

The loneliness is because you don't get connected with people or with what you do. Of course no one will understand us unless they want us and that will be act of understanding.

@AwakenEdge: exactly. Otherwise why should they even lend their ear or mind to us to understand us. So when they act as if they understand us is only to either to flatter us or to get something out of us.

Take one day at a time. At least this day is over and hopefully tomorrow will be better. Why was it so bad, if you don't mind me asking. If not I understand. Sometimes just talking or venting helps.
