I Am Lefthanded

The "sin" Of Being Left Handed... For many years, it was considered a curse to be left handed. We were a mystery..one that no one wanted to solve. The problem with being left handed is that noone could teach me how to do anything..And the problems I encountered in a right handed world! The ink that gets on the side of my hand when i write..awful..and the notebooks would not accomodate my hand..I know many left handers write tilted but I write straight up and down...
Well, because of my left handedness, I do everything right handed but write and eat. I bat right handed, i crochet right handed. I throw right handed. all because no one could teach me otherwise..
There are 3 in my family that are left handed and 3 are right.

Wow you guys really gave me an education... My oldest brother is a lefty, he injured his hand accidentally, while he was in the first couple years of learning to write. He was a lefty but got the retraining that most teachers gave to get them to write with their right hands.Well they had started with him but now the right hand was down for a while so he had to switch.. results ..terrible writer can hardly read his longhand He Got the worst our school system had to offer plus the accident.. note I don't think that most teachers retrains left handed kids to write with their Right hands any more ..I could be wrong.
