Dinner time!

Since I'm hold up at a hotel until power is restored, I treated myself to a falafel sandwhich, hummus and pita.

This has me craving a taste @ 2:30 am. I'll never sleep now. Looks yummy although I've never had one, nor heard of it. Internet search temporarily halted such craving..

..all I saw was deep fried balls, lol. Craving is now back in force though. 🤤

On another note, I hope your power is restored soon.

@moonlightlullaby they are so yummy - almost sinfully so🙂 But, maybe at bit heavy on the tummy at 2:30 am.

@TheLadyPotato nothing compares to that fresh Aish from the baker in Egypt and the falfel from those little shops. I survived mostly on those.

@Ontheroad I am yet to try it! Isn’t it ironic that I am half Egyptian and have not tried it and you did? But they do seem so delicious 🥔🤤 they are also potato free which is great!
