I think a lot of people are simply lying low, hoping that normality will return then.

But will it?

What will happen in 2029? Who will succeed him? And what, if anything, will they do, or indeed be able to do, to make sure that such a travesty never happens again?

Will either party be able to shake off the grip of the oligarchs?

It's not "whataboutism"(which isn't even a word) to point out that ALL politicians, especially at the Federal level, enrich themselves during their service.

Both the Clintons and Obamas increased their wealth exponentially during their time in the Presidency.

Nancy Pelosi's husband used her access to build a stock portfolio of millions for them.

In fact, the only US President in the modern age to decrease their wealth was Trump, during his First term.

Until you bother to acknowledge the MASSIVE amount of hypocrisy that goes along with your partisanship, you are wasting your time posting this partisan propaganda.

It's the usual virtue signaling, your attempt at shame falls on deaf ears. 🤷‍♂

So the claim that he got richer is supported; the exact total is still debatable, and the question of his motive (to get richer) is something his supporters will contest and deny.

He does not see it that way. The published “intent” is what he believes in… what he preaches to the followers …. Only he knows the real intent in creating all the chaos, loss of life, unnecessary expense for a war he got the country into….

He uses his followers. It's crazy more people don't see it. The war is making him and his friends money. Notice how prices shoot up then go back down, then up about 20% so we don't complain? We're being played.
