Ever have those days when you just feel so exhausted you don’t even wanna change out of your work clothes and go to bed?

Adulting is hard.

Update: I changed clothes. So not all is lost.

When I was working as a teacher, as soon as I came home, I changed from my formal workwear into jeans and something casual and immediately felt relaxed. Along with a cup of tea (of course!) it was a way of marking the end of the school part of the day. Unfortunately, there was always the marking and lesson prep which came later so during term time bed came quite late and exhaustion was the daily experience especially towards the end of term.
