I Keep Too Many Things to Myself

talking about my emotions or insecurities makes me so vulnerable and the feeling makes me wanna cringe any time it happens. i find it easier to just not talk about it cause the feeling of over sharing and even talking about my emotions leaves me feeling regret and shame right after it happens. on here it’s a free for all lmao cause it doesn’t feel like i’m really sharing more like venting to myself (kinda like an open diary) so it makes me feel a little better but no one in my life knows how i feel besides one person. even that one person doesn’t get the full picture. just me myself and i chilling in our feels and chaos in my head haha
