top tip for you - saying 'thanks' instead of 'thank you' at the end of an email means you hate that person

Even one of my parakeets could do better than that. I used to tell them I was taking care of them while I was reaching in their cages to get their food and water cups. I would tell them each thing I was doing. One day Boo-Boo said to me “You take care, take care, take care. We thank you, thank you, thank you.” He would say things like that to show me he appreciated me.
