Be honest: Are you 100 % honest with yourself?

I like this question a lot, because anyone blithely answering "I am", or even "Sometimes", is inadvertently betraying a want of self-awareness which in fact probably renders them less honest with themselves than most people answering "No I'm not".

No I'm not, but I don't believe my own lies so it really doesn't make much difference

What could I possibly have to not be honest about?

No-one is. Period.

I am and I don’t always feel good about my reflections. At best, I try to learn something and move forward. At worst, my reflections offer no answers or comfort.

The worst thing isn't Lying to others but lying to yourself can do so much damage
