Although I Don’t Like Doing It…

I am keeping all or at least most of my anger and rage bottled up. The most volatile and destructive parts of my anger and rage are bottled up. I am keeping it bottled up until it can’t be bottled up any longer and then you will one day hear about me having gone on a rampage. You gave me no choice. Spare me your “but everyone has a choice” mumbo jumbo. I am not having it.
