Can Italian Families Confirm Or Deny?

I heard that italian fathers like to swear a lot. I know that if it’s somewhat true that really isn’t only an italian thing since my father cussed a lot when he was angry but one of my friends said when her father gets upset it’s a typical italian dad thing to cuss up a storm. 😮
