I Never Understood Why…

You’re not allowed to bring drinks through tsa. Because all of the soft drinks that they sell in stores or for in airport food options are NOT searched. I have a family member that worked at several airports across the country and not small town airports. The busy ones. They NEVER searched any of the drinks that were delivered to airports. Never. Even directly after 9/11. So why not allow people to just bring drinks? It seems kind of inconsistent. You wanna have a size limit for drinks? Fine. Outright not allowing it despite not checking delivered drinks? Idiotic. 🤔🙄
