Have you ever asked yourself if you had lost your mind?

I can temporarily lose my mind but luckily I can identify it and have self-control good enough to not cause any troubles. Like being overpowered by emotions or noticing how some really bad, self-destructive thoughts creep in.
If you mean losing touch with reality, luckily no, I don't think that has ever happened to me.
