If people rally round to help even when you haven't asked how do you feel?

Overwhelmed. There are only one or two I would share it with. I don't share with family. My parents are gone. I don't discuss personal matters with strangers. I have no friendship with women. It matters to me when the beloved care, not when others care or say they care.

I like intimacy. Real intimacy. I like the idea of man and woman having only each other. A unified body. What help do you need if you get it from your beloved?
