No more unblocking people

@HumanEarth If you saw some of the posts I’ve received you’d understand. If I couldn’t block that evil I couldn’t stay a member here.

Trust me, I have and I have used and I have reported many sex offenders to.

@HumanEarth I don’t just receive DMs from sex offenders.

I find weirdos, creeps, and everything else. It's kinda died down over the past 2 years, but two years ago it was bad

@HumanEarth At different points I’ve received racist epithets, etc. I grew up with that ugliness, and when I can avoid it, I do.

All face different forms hate. Some because of skin color, some because the clothes they wear, some because of their body shape, even their language they speak

@HumanEarth I’m aware of that. But my point is, when I’m choosing to spend time on a site where I’m comfortable and there are people, conversations I enjoy, if I have the ability to shut out those who mean me harm, why shouldn’t I use it ? 🥺

I get it and you should use it. You have to do what makes you feel safe.

Yes I have in the past I have blocked people, that have said some no nice things. But after a while I also clear my list out after while. It's just how I am
