If I understood correctly, then yes. I try to understand different people’s mindsets that are different from my own. If they think a certain way, then they’re most likely to do xyz instead of abc like a different person with different mindsets would. If they do certain things that I consider wrong or bad, it’s more likely because their mindset is different, and they believed they were doing the right thing. It helps to prevent vilifying other people.
