bizarrely I have had random people assume my politics are far right because I have a bunch of military surplus stuff.
A good friend ran a surplus store for like 5 or 6 years and where else am I going to get leather boots for $25 a winter coat good down to -45C for 40 and a backpack that is practically indestructible and waterproof for 40 dollars.
Not going to spend 500 on the coat and 500 on the civilian versions of the rucksack just because it only comes in green from my friend's shop. lol
