Me being such an anxious person is the only reason why I understood why my ex didn't want me to see her or hear her at all

But still, here I go going out of my comfort zone after only knowing someone for less than 24 hrs. I'm dragging myself to this date because I know if it wasn't for my anxiety I'd be more than happy to go.

This is the way to live life, Lily. “If it wasn’t for my anxiety” …then do it. The only time a fear should be heeded is when it becomes a physical danger.
