@cupidnpsyche Well respecting parents is a good thing to do.. But since all parents are human and no parent is infallible we need to eventually call things as they are and make the decision we need to make to pursue our lives..
Note the same book that encourages us to respect our parents also encourages us to marry and multiply.. So if respecting your parents is hindering your ability to multiply then in at lest one aspect you will need to go against your parents wishes..
